What Residents Can Expect
At Open Skyye Housing Solutions, we are committed to providing safe, structured, and supportive housing environments for individuals in transition. Each of our homes is fully furnished and designed for shared living, with all utilities included. To ensure safety and accountability, properties feature biometric entry systems, visual monitoring in common areas, and fire safety measures throughout.
Our homes are drug- and alcohol-free, and a dedicated house monitor is present to maintain clean, safe, and livable conditions at all times. Residents benefit from access to local community resources, including transportation assistance and food pantries, to support their continued progress.
We currently accept SSI, SSDI, and private pay. We do not accept government housing vouchers or subsidized rental assistance at this time.
